Please note that if we do not accept your offer or are unable to proceed with the transaction and funds have already been deducted, they will be fully refunded via the payment method used by You.

If You wish to place an order with Us, the online purchasing procedure must be followed. Once You have added the products You wish to purchase to your bag through the Site, click on “Checkout” and provide the necessary details (as indicated) to Us to submit your order. You will receive an email from Era Athleisure notifying you of our receipt of your order (hereinafter referred as “Order Confirmation”). Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted.

All orders are subjected to our acceptance, and we will confirm such acceptance to You by sending a confirmation e-mail to You confirming that the item has been in dispatched (hereinafter referred as “Shipping Confirmation”). The contract for sale and purchase of the item between you and Era Athleisure (hereinafter referred as the “Contract”) will only be formed when We send You the Shipping Confirmation. The Contract will relate only to those Goods whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Shipping Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other products which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of those Goods has been confirmed in a separate Shipping Confirmation.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

Prices shown on the Website are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of any applicable tax at the time of the purchase, but do not include any applicable shipping or delivery fees. Delivery fees will be charged where applicable and will be included in the order total upon checkout. Prices or shipping are subject to change effective immediately upon posting of such price changes to the Website or other form of notification.

The price of products will be as stipulated at all times on the Site, except in the case of an obvious error. Every effort is made to ensure that the prices featured on the Site are correct, but error may occur. Any discovery of an error in the price of any of the products that You have ordered, will be notified to You as soon as possible and give You the option of confirming your order at the correct price. If We are unable to contact You, your order may be cancelled, and the amount paid will be refunded in full via the original payment method You used.

Offers and promotions on the Site are subject to availability and We may change or withdraw them at any time and without notice. Nothing shall oblige Us to maintain offers or promotions for any period. Additional terms may apply, details of which will be displayed.

We must receive payment for the Goods and any delivery charges in full, cleared payment before they are dispatched.

We accept payment via most major credit and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard. All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation, security checks and authorization by the card issuer and any additional terms imposed by the issuer. If the issuer does not authorize payment, We will not accept Your Order and will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

DELIVERY

We aim to deliver the item to You at the place of delivery requested by You in your Order and the delivery date and time indicated by Us at the time of your order checkout.

We will attempt to notify You if We expect to be unable to meet Our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, We shall not be liable to You for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

If You Order more than one product, We do not guarantee that all Goods will be delivered to You in one delivery and We reserve the right to deliver in multiple consignments.

If the Goods received are not per ordered due to Our error, kindly inform Us by telephone or email Us within seven (7) days after You receive the Goods and become aware of the error. Any delivery costs incurring in sending the incorrect Goods back to Us will be reimbursed. However, kindly contact Us in advance to arrange the return. Any Goods that are received in error and intended to return should not be used.

If the Goods are not delivered on the date expected, kindly notify Us of such non-delivery within 30 days of such failure of delivery.

We reserve the right to make alternative arrangements for delivery, which will depend upon the carrier We use to deliver the Goods. This may include leaving the Goods with a neighbour or in a safe place in or around Your property.

Any delivery using a 3rd party delivery shall be subjected to the terms and conditions of the 3rd party delivery. Any loss or damage due to the 3rd party delivery, any claim by You shall be directed to the 3rd party delivery. We do not have any control over the 3rd party delivery and shall not be responsible for any delay, mishandling, non-delivery of the Goods that is the fault of the 3rd party delivery.

Information You Directly and Voluntarily Provide to Us.

We collect the personal information you give us when you use our Services. This includes when you visit our Site, contact us regarding service inquiries, or place an order. For example, when you place an order, we collect information that you provide to us during the ordering process. This information will include your first and last name, mailing address, and email address.

You may also provide credit card information when you place an order. Our store is hosted on WordPress. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your credit card information is stored through Woo Commerce‘s data storage, databases and the general application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. If you choose a direct payment gateway such as Stripe to complete your purchase, then the corresponding payment provider will store your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.  All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Era Athleisure ships exclusively with DHL.

Our orders are shipped 1-3 days from purchase pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 business days of its ship date, or earlier. If you need to place an order for rushed shipment, please contact us at hey@erathleisure.com. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to shipping restrictions in place worldwide, if any. Customer service will notify you if this cancellation occurs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses. Era Athleisure is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and delivered.
If for any reason your order is to be delayed or cancelled – due to stock, payment or otherwise – we will contact you via email. Prices displayed on our website do not include taxes and duties.
Duties and taxes are calculated on a country-by-country basis based on the items purchased, where they were made, where they’re headed, and the total order value. This includes the sales tax in your country and duties charged for processing by your country.

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

CHANGING SHIPPING METHOD

Once your package has been shipped out and handed to the respective courier, you cannot change the shipping method.

Era Athleisure is not responsible for shipments lost in transit.

We are happy to accept returns for merchandise that are unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.

Era Athleisure allows for returns and exchanges if you’ve changed your mind about a product.

All returns and exchanges due to change of mind are subject to a 7-day return and exchange policy upon receipt of order, subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Item must be in its original purchase condition – packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in
  any manner.
• Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
• This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.
• For online orders, shipping costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by Era Athleisure.
• Your rights under any applicable consumer law are additional to and not affected by Era Athleisure’s return and exchange policy above.
