WHAT IF AN ITEM I WANT IS UNAVAILABLE?

You can add your name to the waitlist at no cost. We’ll notify you when the item is ready for purchase. Please note that our garments are crafted in small quantities, and while we strive to accommodate demand, we cannot guarantee their return in the future.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Add your desired items to the shopping bag and proceed to finalize your purchase by following the prompts to enter your shipping information and payment details. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is processed.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Most of our orders are shipped 1-3 days from purchase pending availability and credit verification. We ship exclusively with DHL. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 2-8 business days of its ship date. If you need your item(s) sooner, please select the expedited shipping option. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Era Athleisure is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and delivered. Here’s our shipping policy for further information.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Your shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you once we ship your order. You may use this number to monitor the status of your delivery through our website or DHL’s platform.

CAN I EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?

Unfortunately, we do not support exchanges at this time. We recommend placing a new order for the desired size and returning the original item. Please refer to our return policy or international return policy for further information. If you need assistance, please contact our Customer Service team at hey@eraathleisure.com to initiate the return process.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. However, if you need to make changes due to selecting the wrong color or size, please email our Customer Service team at hey@eraathleisure.com within 24 hours of order placement. One of our representatives will do their best to accommodate your request.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

Most orders shipped can be returned within 7 days of receipt. You can visit this link to view our return policy. Send an email to Customer Service at hey@eraathleisure.com to begin the return process. Please refer to our return policy or international return policy for further information. If you need assistance, please contact our Customer Service team at hey@eraathleisure.com to initiate the return process. The return shipping amount will be deducted from your refund. Items purchased as “FINAL SALE” cannot be returned or exchanged, no exemptions. You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Simply initiate a return following our return policy guidelines, and then place a new order for your desired item.

HOW DO I WASH MY ITEM?

We recommend always following the care instructions on your item. If you’re unsure how to care for it, hand wash in cold water and hang to dry or dry clean.
